Where can I locate your facility?
Sonotech Medical Center has 3 branches located in Accra (adjacent SharpNet Internet Café at Danquah Circle), Tema Community 9 (adjacent NIB bank) and also Inside the west Hills mall on the Accra-Kasoa Road. You can visit any one close to you.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, all branches work on weekends as well.
Do you work at night?
Yes, we work every night.
Will you work on the coming holiday?
Yes, Sonotech works on all holidays
Do you accept Mobile Money (MOMO) payment for services?
Electronic payment using a POS device allow for Mobile money payment from all networks at all branches.
Can I make payment using my bank card?
With the POS devices at all our branches, clients conveniently make payment using their bank cards.
Can I book for a specialist consultation?
Yes. Walk into any of our branches to book an appointment with any of our specialist. You can also call to book an appointment or complete a form on our website and your will be assisted to book an appointment.
Can I get my report without physically coming for it?
Clients can receive their report via email or WhatsApp. All you need to do is to request the medium and provide the details and our dedicated staff will send you reports when they are ready.
Can I ask another person to come for my report?
Yes. You can ask a close relative or friend to come for your report by giving the person your receipt of payment as proof which outlines the various rests done.
Can I see a doctor with test and scan reports from a different hospital?
Yes. Experienced Doctors can work with reports from other facilities. If necessary, you may be asked to do another test or scan to confirm or validate from findings depending on some factors such date of the previous test.
Do you do Covid-19 PCR testing?
Yes. Your can visit any of our branches or request a home service that come with an additional small fee to get you sample taken.
Can I use a covid-19 test results from your lab for traveling outside the country?
Reports of PCR test from Sonotech are accepted at the airport for travel to any destination in the world except where an airline has specifications. You may want to check with your airline before your sample is taken for PCR Test when planning to travel.
Do you accept National Health Insurance for services?
Currently, Sonotech does not service National Health Insurance card holders.
Do you accept Private Health Insurances for services?
Yes. We serve holders of a number of private health insurance schemes. Please call any of our branches or check our website for details.
Can I book for a service on phone?
Yes, you can. Call any of our branches close to you for assistance to book for your desired service.
Can you come to my office/House/hotel for my sample for Covid-19 Testing?
Sonotech provides home service for clients or patients who can not come to our facility for a service. You can call any of our branches and we will serve you in the comfort of your hotel/home or office.
Do you admit patients?
Currently, we only detain patients for short periods.
